'BoundlessImagination's journey began with a vision to share true Neapolitan pizza with New York. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our little pizzeria was originally a humble family venture with ancestral recipes passed down.
'Marco Rossi', the pioneer of our establishment, mastered the pizza craft amidst her Italian sojourns, learning from the famed pizzaiolos of Naples, pizza's homeland. Back in the UK, her mission was to emulate classic Italian pizza, from authentic techniques to prime ingredients.
Our once small 12-table eatery has evolved into a cherished local fixture, yet our devotion to excellence and original flavor remains steadfast. Utilizing age-old wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough daily, and selecting the best produce available exemplifies our ethos.
Still under the ownership of the Rossi lineage, ‘BoundlessImagination’ today is steered by their progeny, with a team that's equally passionate. While innovation plays a role in our operations, our essence is unchanged: crafting exquisite, authentic pizza that unites patrons.
